New Service

If you are moving to the San Tan Valley area and need water service, this is the place to start. Please check Our Service Area to find out if we are your provider. If you fall within our service area and a meter is already installed on the property, please take a moment to fill out our Application and submit it to our customer service office. A deposit will need to be paid prior to service being established.

Please be aware that if a meter has not already been installed there are additional requirements that will need to be met. Please call our office to inquire about having a meter installed at your property. We will be unable to process your online application if a meter has not been installed.
