New Meter Service
If your service address has not had water service before and this is the first time installation of a water meter, please call our office at (602) 840-9400 for information and forms.
Please be aware that if a meter has not already been installed there maybe additional requirements that need to be met. It is important to find out if a water main has been installed in the street for your property. If a water main has not been installed, you will be required to pay for the cost to install a water main so that Diversified can set a meter to provide water service to your home.
Please call our office to inquire about having a meter installed at your property. We will be unable to process your online application if a meter has not been installed.
Existing Meter Service
If your service address has had water service from Diversified Water Utilities, Inc. before, and there is an existing meter please do one of the following:
If you are sending by mail, please include a check for all amounts due. No service will be provided until a completed application and full payment of the deposit and establishment fee is received.
